' RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING,
PASSING UPON OBJECTIONS, AND FINDING THAT
THE WRITTEN'.CONSEIJT`OF=TI� OWNERS OF A. � �
MAJORITY IN AREA OF�TIiE LANDS IN ACQUISITION
AND IMPROVEN,ENT DISTRICT N0. 7 OF' THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD HAS BEEN.FILED. ,
, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of. Lynwood,. '
. California, on the 20th day of June, 1939, duly passed and
adopted its Resolution No. 1185 declaring its intention to
refund the.indebtedness of Acquisition�and Improvement Dis-
trict No. 7 of the City of Lynwood under and pursuant to the �
provisions of the Refundir� Assessment Bond Act of 1935, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the hear-
Sng of protests and objections to said refunding a hearing
was duly held and no written ob�ections againet sald proposed .
___ __ __� __�_ refunding had baen filed with -the City Clerk� and no persons
appeared and objected to or protested against said refunding,
and both written and oral avidence upon the proceedings has
been taken, and it appears that affidavits showing the due
. publication, postir� and mai].ing of tlie resolution were filed
in the office of the City Clerk of said c-ity at the time and
. in the manner required by lativ and that all noticea required
by said Act have been properly given and a fu11 and complete
hearir� has been had; and .
VIHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood �
' has considered all of the facts and is fully informed in the

and necessity require the refunding of the indebtednese of .
Ac,quisition and Zmprovement District No. 7 of the City of '
Lynwood, California, as set forth in said Resolution No. .1185:
Section 2. That no-protests or objections to such.
refunding have beeri filed or made... • .
Section 3. That the written consent of the owners
of more than a majority in area of the lands-in the.District �
sub�ect to assessment to pa,y.the principal and.interest of
the outstandirig bonds`of said Di"strict, being also.the written
consent ,of the owriers of more than a�majority in area of the
'lands in the.District subject to assessment in the refunding
• proceedings, consenting to the refundin� and aesessment (some-
' times called a reassessment), has been filed, and that this-City. .
Council.has acquired jurisdiction to proceed vrith the refundin� .
