CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-73
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
REGARDING STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON TOWER DRIVE,
KILT ENNY LANE AND HAMEL ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to city council direction, a feasibility report dated October 17, 2011
was prepared by Bonestroo, then the city's consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The October 17, 2011 feasibility report is hereby accepted.
2. City staff and the city's current consulting engineer are authorized and directed to
conduct necessary survey and geotechnical work to further define the project.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
