AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF SURPLUS FUNDS FOR RELOCATION OF A
6" WATER MAIN TO ACCOMMODATE THE WEHMEYER ROAD CONSTRUCTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the Water Fund to
the Water System Capital Projects Account the net amount $7,000 as outlined in Exhibit
A attached hereto, for the work. The project will be reimbursed 90% by the Missouri
Department of Transportation.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from and after the date
of Its passage and approval. ,/5
