REHOLUTION OF Tf� CITY COUNCIL OF THE
� CITY OF' LYN'AOOD, CALIFORNIA, PBOVIDING
FOR PAYMEIQT OF CF.RTAZN REASSESSME'NTS
� IN THE REFUNDING OF LYNWOOD ACQUISITION
AND IMPROVElSENT DIST&ICTS NOS. 6, B, Z0,19
AND 25, .
Be it resolved by the City Council of the C1ty of Lvnwood as
follows:
WHEREAS, in the refunding of Acquisition and Improvement Diatricta Nos.
6, 8, 10, 19 and 25 certain rea.saessments were levied against property belonging _
to the I�ynmood Elementary School District, which reasaeasments are hereinaPter more
particularly described; and' •
QPHEItEAS, in the refunding of the bonds o£ said. diatricts, the said re-
assessments were aold and assigned to the City of Lvnwood; and
�REAS, the City Council o£ the City of Lynwood and the Board o£ Tx�ustees
of the Lynvrood Elementary School District have heretofore entered into an agreement

1 for the pa9ment of eaid reaesasaments on the terms set forth in Eesolution No. 1178
of the City Council of the Cit� of Lynwood; and
W�EEAS, the payment provided for in said Resolction No. 1178 }�as been
paid the Board of Trustees of said school district to the City of Lvnwood, and
all other conditions of said agreement have been fnily complied with,
NOW. THEREFORE,.the City Covncil of the City of Lynmood, C�.ifornia does
hereby rosolve,'deterneine and order a�follows:
1. That all reassesaments levied in the refunding of Lynerood �
Acquisition and Improoement Districts Nos. 6, 8. 10, 19 and
� 25 against property belonging to the Lynwood Elementary
School District be paid bg th9 City of L,ynwood, .Said reassees-
aents are particularly described as foiiowa:
