That said resolution.o£ intentiori, being Resolution No. 1185, was duly adopted and contains a1T the matters • and thin�s,required bylaw and is in every respect regular and - sufficient. � That said resolution vaas published at.the time and in the maru7er required b3* law and that copies of such resolution headed "Notice of Refunding and Reassessment were posted at the time and as required by.law, and that a copy of the re- � solution as published was mailed, postage prepaid, at the time and in the manner and to the persons required by law, and � affid.avits of such publicatiori, posting and mailing were duly ,filed, as required by law, in,the office of the, City Clerk of � the City of Lynwood: ' , That a hearing was held pursuant to said resolution -' of ^ intentior. at the time And place stated thereiri, vvhich said � hearing was con£inued by order enterod upon the minutes, and , ' no protests or objections of any kind or nature were filed or made, and�no persons-appeared and.objected to, or protested against said refunding, and,before the hearing..was cancluded the varitten consent of the ovrners_of a ma�ority in area of the lands.in the District consentin� to the refunding and assess- " ment (sometimes called a reassessment). was filed,.and this � City Council duly determined that such�consent had been filed and vras sufficient, and.duly.adopted and entere upon the min= utes its resolution determining that the �vritten consent of the oN�ners of a•.ma�3ority-in'area of the'land in said District subj.ect to assessment in the refunding proceeding had been filed, and thereafter, by resolution duly adopted and entered � upon its minutes, ordered the refunding and assessment. • 2. That pursuant to the direction of said City Council the Gity Engirieer of the City,of Lynavood prepared a diagram � of the. property included within the District upon which the assessment should be levied, and said,diagram was delivered � bo the Superintendent of Streets o£ the City of Lyntvood and he thereafter proceeded..to make the assessment (sometimes called the reasses in aacordance �vith the.aforesaid ' . Act, and when said a'ssessment was completed it was filed with the Clerk of this Council and this C,ouncil directed said Clerk to give notice of the filing of said assessment and.of the time when and of the place where all persons interested in the assessment wou3d`be heard by this City Counc'iT, and that.there- a�tter said Clerk published a notice of hearing on the proposed . assessment containing all matters and things required by law � at.the time and in the manner provided by law, and,posted the , same upon all open �streets within.'sai:d Distr.idt'.st the time and in the manner required�by la�v;' affidavits o£ such _, � posting and publication were duYy�filed iii tHe �office of said City Clerk and have been presented.to this City Council, and this City Council�hereby finds and determines that the notice ,� of hearing was in all respects sufficient and.that the same . has been published and poated as required by lawr, and this "�� City Council further finds and determines that the hearing . on the proposed assessment has been had at the time and place set forth in the not.ice and in the manner required by law, � and that said hearing has been dulg and�regularly conducted and that no orotests or objections were filed and that all , persons interested therein and desiring to be heard thereon ' . ha�*e been heard, +�nd that this legislative body has heard evidence relating to the refunding and assessment proceedings, 3.
