. WEEREAS, certa.in bonds of Lvnwood Acquisition and Improve-
ment District IQo, 26, hereinafter particul�rly describee, are now held
by the Title Insurance and Trust Comnany as trustees unnder an agree-
ment entered into by said Compan�� and the City of Lynv�ood; and.
PIHEREAS, said bond.s were delivered to the Title Insurance and_
Trust Com�any.in accordance with a olan of .liquidation of all the out-
stand.ing in�ebtec�ness of said. District; and_
WN�'REAS, the County of Los Angeles has agreed to purcnase
said bonds, being in the total princi�,�al sum of $�5,100,00, together
with their anpurtenant cou�ons, for the sum of �3,800,00,
N04V TT-[i'REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynvrood.,
Galifornia., c�oes hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
l, That the sale of the bonds hereinafter d.e-
�cribed, together �vith all their appurtenant cou-
� pons, to the County of Los Angeles for the sum of
j3,800,00 is hereb�� approved.
2. ^1he Title Insurance and ^trust Com��ny is here-
by authorized and directed to d.eliver said bonds to
the County of Los Angeles and. to �ccept as pa,yment
therefor the sum of K3,SOO,OO, which sum said Title
Insurance and Trust Company i5 hereb;,� authorized and. .
directed�, upon its receipt by said Compan,y from the
said Count��, to forth«ith cieliver to the City ^lreasurer '
of the City of Lvnwood..
� 3, The said City Treasurer is h.ereby authorized and
directed to accept o_elivery of the said 'uond.s from the
