lis Road.
11. The construction of cement_concrete gutters and
premix rock and oil pavement on LynvJOOd Road, be-
tween Long Beach Poulevard and 203.39 feet �7est-
erly of Esther Street. .
And that the said Streets and Avenue �vhich are to be
improded are of' general County interest.
BE IT FURTH�R RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that the Honorable Boar� of Supervisors of the County
of Los Angeles, within �he State of Caliiornia, are hereby re-
quested by the City of Ly m��ood, California, to appropriate and

distribute �6,809.25 of gasoline tax funds, or from an;� otiier
fund where money is available, to the �ity of Lymvood, for the
purpose of said 5treet and Avenue improvements such as raay be '
done under Section 1680 of tne Streets and Hiohway Cod_e of i:he
Stat° of California, and under sucn other provisions of law as
authorize such a.ppropriation and distribution for said purposes.

BE IT FU:`t'YH�'R RFSOLVED that the appropriaticn and dis-
tribution be made by th� Honorable Board of Supervisors of.said
County of Los Angeles and State of California as proraptly as
circu�stances vrill pennit, so that said street and avenue im-
provement vrorY> can be initiated and c�.rried out vrith the least
possible delay, in order to take care of the present Amergenc;�
of needed �mprovement upon said stireets and avenues in said. City.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tne City Clerk of the City
of Lynv,00d shall prepare a duly certiiied and authenticated copy
of tihis Resolution and forthwith deliver the same to the Honor-
able Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles, and to
the Honorable Road Commission of said County.
