AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (D), (FORTY MILES PER HOUR) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS ON A PORTION OF SOUTH COUNTRY
CLUB DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule A, (Speed Limits),
Subparagraph (d), (Forty Miles Per Hour), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of South Country Club Drive, as follows:
(D)forty miles per hour
• South Country Club: fdge%vood Drive/fairgrounds Rood to the southern City Limits.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
