CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-80
RECOGNIZING RESERVE SERGEANT STEVE LUNDELL FOR
FOURTEEN YEARS AND THREE MONTHS
OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, Steve Lundell has been a valued Reserve Officer for the City of Medina
Police Department since June of 1999; and
WHEREAS, Steve has served as a reserve officer at the City of Medina for fourteen years
and three months; and
WHEREAS, Steve has volunteered over 15,000 hours of his time with the Medina Police
Department as well as neighboring communities; he has made many valuable donations to the City
of Medina; and
WHEREAS, Steve's leadership has grown the Medina Reserve Program to a unit that is
recognized as one of the best in Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, Steve has served with "Pride, Professionalism and Willingness to Help"; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina expresses sincere gratitude for Steve's service to the
Medina community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina
acknowledges and thanks Steve Lundell for his fourteen years and three months of service to the
community.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
