RESOLU^1ION APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING
TIME OF HEARING. �
Be it resolved by the. City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Callfornia:, as follows:
19IiEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement generally .
described above has heretoPore been prepared by A. J. Bateman,
City Engineer, �nd delivered to the City Council of the �ity
of Lynwood, as provided by the "Special Assessment Investiga-
tion, Limitation and.P.4a�ority Protest Act of 1931", as amended.
� N04J, THEREFORE, B� IT RESOLVED:
(1) That said city Council of the City of Lynvrood does
r hereby approve said report and orders that the same be filed
with its clerk.
(2) That said City Council hereby fixes the �ath� day
o£ Septemper, 1940, at the hour of PJ:00 o'clock p.�n. as
the day and hour, and the Council Chamber of the City Council
on the second floor of the Lynwood City Hall, in Lynatood, Cal-
ifornia, as the place when and �uhere any and all pErson"s in- •
terested may appeer before sa.id.City Council and be heard on
any matter pertaining to saifl report.
(3)- The City Clerk ie hereby ordered to give the notice
, prescribed by Section 6 of said "Specia3 Assessment Innestiga-
� tion, Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931", to all
persons designated in`said Section 6.
