HomeMy Public PortalAbout2013-82 Resolution Granting Ext of Time Final Plat for 805 Hamel RdMember Pederson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2013-82 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT FINAL PLAT FOR 805 HAMEL ROAD AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012-07 WHEREAS, on January 17, 2012, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2012-07, granting preliminary plat approval to JJC Hamel, LLC (the "Applicant") to subdivide property located at 805 Hamel Road in Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Property"), which is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the final plat was required to be submitted to the City by January 11, 2013 or the preliminary plat was to be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council, and WHEREAS, on December 18, 2012, the City Council adopted Resolution 2012-89, granting an extension of time to submit final plat; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an additional extension to meet the terms and conditions of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The application for final plat must be submitted to the City by January 13, 2014 or the preliminary plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council. 2. Resolution No. 2013-82 2 October 15, 2013 EXHIBIT A Legal Description of the Property That part of the East 200 feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 118, Range 23, lying Southerly of the Rockford Road and Northerly of a line drawn parallel to and distant 183 feet Southerly of and measured at right angles from the center line of the Rockford Road.
