RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL LIAISON/
RCA ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (tire `Borough') has created the position of
Municipal Liaison/RCA Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Kathaleen R. Shaw was appointed to the position of Municipal
LiaisorilRCA Administrator June 7, 2007; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution is intended to confimr the actions of the Borough Council at
the meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that Kathaleen R. Shaw is appointed Municipal Liaison/RCA Administrator
effective fi n iediately.

and certified as a true copy of the
