PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, Block 5.1, Lot 4, Qual C0101 had applied for a
disability deduction in 2008 and subsequent tax years, and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor has approved the disability
deduction, and
WHEREAS, upon further review, the tax collector has determined
that the deduction was recorded on the books for 2010 and the
2011 tax years only, and, the taxpayer is due $250.00
deductions for 2008 and 2009 tax years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Tax Collector cancel taxes in the amount of $500.00.
