CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-87
RESOLUTION REDUCING DOUBLE ASSESSMENT
FOR PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 13-118-23-12-0018
WHEREAS, it is requested that the Hunter Drive North Road assessment for parcel,
Property Identification Number (PID) 13-118-23-12-0018 be reduced by half due to the fact that is
was double assessed to property taxes in 2013.
WHEREAS, the assessment for PID 13-118-23-12-0019 was applied to the wrong parcel.
WHEREAS, the assessment for PID 13-118-23-12-0019 was paid off in 2013 and needs to
be applied to County records.
WHEREAS, the County will record the paid off assessment by reducing the assessment on
PID 13-118-23-12-0018, in which the assessment was wrongly recorded to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, that the
Hunter Drive North assessment that was applied twice to PID 13-118-23-12-0018 be reduced by
half.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Pederson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
