AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO JOSE CASTELLANOS, EXPRESS TAXI L.L.C. FOR THE
2010 -2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2010 -2011 License Term, trading as
EXPRESS TAXI, L.L.C.
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
ONvner'S License for the 2010 -2011 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue JOSE CASTELLANOS, a Taxicab
O%vner'S License for the 2010 -2011 License Term.
Adopted this 20th day of December, 2010
