AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010 -2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for EXPRESS TAXI for the 2010 -2011 License Term
by the following:
JULIO BERNINZON
JOSE CASTELLANOS
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to JULIO BERININZON AND JOSE CASTELLANOS for the 2010-
201 License Tema.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Ternn to JULIO BERNINZON AND JOSE CASTELLANOS.

and certified as a true copy of the
