A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfiE GITY OF LYNVJOOD
PF.ESCRIBING THE DUTIES OF THE CLEFd{ OI' THE CITY COURT.
The City Council of the�City of Lynwood reaolve ae followe:
That the Clerk of tfie City Court be and he ia hereby
authorized and directea ae follo�ve:
1. He shall keep and maintain all recorda necesmary or con-
venient for the proper conduct of the Court and the tranaaction of
the affaixe thereof.
2. He �hall administer oaths and affirmations pertaining to
proceedinga in eaid Couxt by virtue of the authorization contained
ir_ Section 2093 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
3. He �hall receive all moneys payable into said Court and pay
over the same to the City Trezsurer �vithin one:day after the receipt
. of the eame by him.
4. He ahall abide by and carry out any and all further rule�
and regulatione that the Judge of said Court may from time to time
authorize or pregcribe.
The City Clerk ehall certify to the paesage of this resolu-
t-ion`"arid cause the eame to be spread upon the minutes of the Council.
