PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, The Borough of Carteret Tax Assessor's Office reviewed the assessed values
of Block 39 Lot 34.1 and discovered that an assessed value was incorrectly reported in
the 2010 tax duplicate, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor made the necessary adjustment to the 2011 tax rolls to
properly reflect the correct assessment, and
WHEREAS, the Tae Collector is recommending that takes for 2010 be cancelled
accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancelled the
2010 taxes in the amount of $969.43.
Adopted this 20 day of December, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 21 2010.
