ADVISORY CIRCULAR 50/5190-2A, EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ATAI AIRPORTS 1. PURPOSE. This change transmits a revised page to be incorporated in the subject Advisory Circular. 2. EXPLANATION OF CHANGE. The substance of the change is to delete the reference to the sale of aeronautical charts by the National Ocean Survey (formerly the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey) and to encourage airport owners to obtain UNICOM license in their own names and make these facilities available to all fixed base operators. 3.
