AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010 -2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid fora TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI AND LIMO INC, for the 2010-
2011 License Term by the following:
LUDOVINO LUNA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to LUDOVINO LUNA for the 2010 -2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Ternr to LUDOVINO LUNA.
Adopted this 20 of December, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 21, 2010..
