Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said NW4SW4; thence west along the
south boundary of said., NW4SW4, a distance of 506.28 feet, more or less,
to the east boundary of the railroad right of way; thence north 2°28'
west along said railroad right of way, a distance of 1,221.22 feet to the
Real Point of Beginning; thence continuing north 2°28' west along said
railroad right of way, a distance of 100 feet to the north boundary of said
NW4SW4; thence east along said north boundary .of the NW4S144, a distance of
50 feet; thence south 2028' east, a distance of 100 feet; thence west a
distance of 50 feet to the Real Point of Beginning, an area containing
0.115 acre, more.or less.

It is understood and agreed that this lease will be issued subject to existing State of
Idaho Easement No. 917 to Village of McCall for airport purposes dated May 24, 1949.
