CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE FOR
4 HARRIS STREET
WHEREAS, Donald B. Kenny Jr. of 4 Harris Street has requested a Handicapped
Parking Space; and
WHEREAS, this individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety
Bureau for said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no
objection to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLYED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped
Parking Space shall be designated;
4 Hari Street Donald B. Kenny Jr.
Adopted this 2e day of December, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 21, 2007.
