CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-06
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JANET WHITE
FROM THE PARK COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Janet White's term on the Park Commission of the city of Medina does not
expire until December 2015; and
WHEREAS, on January 15, 2014, Janet White submitted a letter of resignation from her
position on the Park Commission addressed to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Janet White's resignation from her position as Park Commissioner shall
become effective immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Janet White's letter of resignation from the Park Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
