Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City .

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Closed
Session Item 4A "Anticipated Litigation". There is no other reportable action.

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Closed
Session Item 48 "Anticipated Litigation" and directed the City's prosecutor to initiate a civil
lawsuit against a business in the City for illegal sale of cannabis .
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Closed
Session Item 4C "Conference with Labor Negotiator". There is no reportable action .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :21 p.m.
