AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF STIPULATION MEMORIALIZING TAX
SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS, the Borough's special legal counsel for tax matters, McManimon &
Scotland , LLC, has recommended a settlement in the following tax court matters:
DOCKETNOS. PROPERTY OWNER BLOCK LOT(S)
2910 -06 & 3778 -07 B & Kol, LLC 64.1 7.02
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Borough's special counsel is hereby authorized
to execute the necessary Stipulations to implement said settlement upon the approval of
the Borough's Law Director.
Adopted this 20 day of December, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 21, 2007.
