CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-15
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF PAUL JAEB
FROM THE PARK COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Paul Jaeb's term on the Park Commission of the city of Medina does not
expire until December 2014; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2014, Paul Jaeb submitted a letter of resignation from his
position on the Park Commission; and
WHEREAS, Paul Jaeb's resignation from his position as Park Commissioner shall become
effective immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Paul Jaeb's letter of resignation from the Park Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
