HomeMy Public PortalAbout2014-016 Resolution Granting Extension of Subdivision 1525 Hunter DriveMember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2014-16 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE SUBDIVISION OF 1525 HUNTER DRIVE AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 201346 WHEREAS, on June 4, 2013, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2013-46, granting subdivision approval to T. Truxtun Morrison (the "Applicant') to subdivide property located at 1525 Hunter Drive (the "Property"), which is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the paperwork necessary to effectuate the subdivision was required to be recorded within one year or the approval was to be considered void, and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an extension of time to meet the terms and conditions of the approval and to record necessary documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,_ Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Applicant shall file necessary paperwok with Hennepin County to effecuate the subdivision by June 4, 2015 or the subdivision approval shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council. 2.
