RESOLUTION NO.2014-16
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
FILE SUBDIVISION OF 1525 HUNTER DRIVE
AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 201346
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2013, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2013-46, granting
subdivision approval to T. Truxtun Morrison (the "Applicant') to subdivide property located at
1525 Hunter Drive (the "Property"), which is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto;
and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the paperwork necessary to effectuate the
subdivision was required to be recorded within one year or the approval was to be considered
void, and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an extension of time to meet the terms and
conditions of the approval and to record necessary documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,_
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Applicant shall file necessary paperwok with Hennepin County to effecuate
the subdivision by June 4, 2015 or the subdivision approval shall be considered
void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and
approved by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2013-46 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Martin
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence

Northwest Quarter a distance of 942.21 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described;
