Acquisition and'Improvement District.No. 6 of the City of

Sec. 2. That no protests or ob�ections to such '
' refunding have been filed or made.
Sec. 3. That the written consent of the owners of
more than a ma�ority in area of the lands in the District
• sub�ect to "reassessment in the refunding proceedings, consent-
ing to the refunding and reassessment, has been filed, and
that this City Council has acquired �urisdiction to pro-
ceed with the refunding of the indebbedness of.said Dis-
trict under the provisions of said act.
� ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this llth day of
October, 1937.
