� WHEREAS, the City Council' of the Cit,y. of Lynvaood,
California, on the 14th day of.September,. 1937, duly nassed. -
- and adopted its Resolution No. 1006, declaring its.intention
�'to refund the indebtadness.of Acquisition and Improvement
: District No. 9 of the City of Lynvrood; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the hear= �
ing,.of protests and ob,Jections to said.refunding, a hea.ring
vras duly held and no written ob,�ections against,the,.pro-__ _
• posed refunding riad been filed with the City Clerk and no ,
�_ persons aAUeared and objected'to .said refunding,: and -both
varitten and oral.evidence upon the proceedings was taken,,
and it appeared that affidavits showing the due publica- . �
'' tion, posting, and mailing of the resalution were on file'
in the office of the Dity Clerk of said.City, and that all

1933 haye been pronerly given; and

Gouncil of the Ci:ty of Lyncrood, California, as follows:
� Section 1'. That the public interest, convenience,.'
and.necessity reqiiire the refunding of the inclebtedness"of
� Acqti.sition and Improvement District No. 9 of the City of ,
' Lynwood, California, as set forth in Resolution No.- 1COF�. �

Sec: 2.. That no protests or ob�ections to such re-
funding have been filed or made.
- Sec. 3. That the written consent of the owners
, of more thari a majority in area of the lands in the District
subJect to reassessment in the refunding s,,con-
senting to.the refunding and reassessment, has been filed,
and that this City �oun.cil has acquired �urisdiction to pro-
- ceed vrith the refunding of the indebtedness of said Dis-
� trict under the prodi'sions of sai�d'act. .
