RESOLUTION OF.THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNLVOOD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE RE-
FUNDING OF THE INDEBTEDPIES5 OF ACQUISITION
AND IIt9PROVEn(1ENT DISTRICT N0, 6 OF SAID CITY'
AND THE h�KII4G OF A REASSESSI�IEDiT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS., the hearing of o.b,Jections and protests
to the refunding of the indebtedness of Acquisition and
Improvement,District No. 6 of the City of Lynwood, as pro-
posed in Resolution No. 1004, has been duly had and no
protests or oU,jections tisere filed or made; a.nd
WHEREAS, by resolution entered upon the minutes,
this Council has determined that the tivritten consent of the
owners of more than a ma,Jority in area of the lands in the
District sub,ject to reassesement to the proposed refunding
and reaseessment has been filed, and t}iis Council has ac-
�"quired ,jurisdiction to proceed with such refunding and re- °
asse�sment:
NON7, THEREFORE, the City'Council of the City of
Lynwood, California, does hereby resolve, determine and
order as follovJS:
Section l. That the public interest, convenience, .
and necessity require the refunding of the indebtedness of
Acq�sition and Improvement District No. 6 of the City of
Lynwood,.and the refunding of such indebtedness under the
Assessment Bond Refunding Act oP 1933, as amended, and the
levy of a reassesement therefor, as proposed in said Resolu-
tion No. 1004, are hereby ordered. Reference is hereby made
to said Resolution No. 1004 for the total amount of the out-
" standing indebtedness of the District, the amount of principal
of Uonds included therein, and the amount.of due and unpaid
interest coupons included therein, and for.all other oar-
ticulare.
Sec. 2. That the total maximum principal amount
for which a reassessment shall be levied is the sum of six-
teen thousand, nine hundred twemty-five and twe,nty-seven
hundredths dollars (�16,925.27):
Sec. 3. That the City Engineer of the City of
Lynwood is hereby directed to prepare a diagram of the
property ineluded within the District upon which the said
reassessment shall be levied, in accordance �rith said act,
and u�hen said diagram is comnleted, the Superintendent of
S'treets of the City of Lynwood is hereby directed to and
shall proce�ed to make the reassessment in accordance'with
the provisions of said act.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this llth day of
October, 1937.
