. RESOLUiION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �
OF'LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ONDERING THE RE-
• FUNDING OF THE INDEBTEDNESS OF,ACQUISITION -
AND IT�IPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 9.OF SAID CITY
AND THE MAKING OF A REASSESSMENT.THEREFOR. - .
: WHEREAS, tYie hearing of ob�ections and protests
to the refunding ,of the indebtedness of Acqu�ition and
Improvemerit District No. 9 of the City of Lynwood, as.pro-
' posed in Resolution No. 1006, has. been duly had and�no pro-
, tests or ob,Jections were filed or made; and � ,
� WHER�AB, by resolution entered upon the minutes, •
this Council has determined that the written consent of the
' owners of more than a ma,�ority in area of the lands in the
District sub,Ject to reassessment to the proposed re£unding �
,.... ._�.. and reassessment has been filed, and this Qouncil has ac-,
quired ,Jurisdiction to with such refunding and re- �
. assessment:
�. NOW, THEREFORE', the.City Council`of_the City of
Lynwood,� California, d.oes hereby resolve,,determine and`
order as follows: , �
Section 1. That the public interest, convenience,
•, and necessity require the refunding of 'the indebtedness of
'. Acquisibion,.and Improvement District No. 9 of,the City of
.. Lynwood, and the refunding of such indeb;tedness under the
Assessment Bond Refunding Act of 1933,, as amended, and the .
. levy;of z. reassessment therefor,. as proposed in said Resolu-
tiori No. 1006, ofldered.. Reference is hereby made
to said Resolution No. 1006'for the total amount:of the out-
�' standing indebtedness of the Distrlet,.the_amount of principal
:-- of bonds included therein, and�the amount.of due and;unpaid '

interest coupons included therein; and for all other par-
ticulars. '
Sec. 2. That the total maximum principal amount
for which a r.eassessment shall be levied is the sum of
�ixty-one thousand, seven hundred fifty-nine and eighty-
three hundredths dollars (�61,759.83).
� ' Sec. 3. That the City Engineer of the City.of
Lynwood is hereby directed to prepare a diagram of the
property included within the district upon which the said
reassessment shall be levied, in accordance with said act,
and when said dia�ram is completed, the Superintendent of
: Streets of the Clty of Lynwood is her.eby directed to and
shall proceed to make the reassessment in accordance with
the provisions of said act.
