This Agreement contains a cancellation clause at paragraph 4 which provides that the Agreement may be terminated, with or without cause, upon thirty days' notice in writing by certified mail to the other party. Please allow this letter to serve, pursuant to the provisions of that Agreement, as notice in writing of the Town's cancellation of the Agreement. It is my understanding that the Town does not owe any monies to City Towing for any direct out-of-pocket costs incurred relating to the cost of signs and hardware necessary to implement the Agreement or for any other reason. Both parties agree as follows: 1. City Towing will remove unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles from the Property Owner's property pursuant to Florida Statutes 715.07, 713.78 and Gulf Stream Ordinance No. 14/1. 2. Property Owner acknowledges the following. A. When Property Owner improperly causes a vehicle to be removed, the Property Owner shall be liable to the owner or lessee of the vehicle for the cost of removal, transportation and storage and any damages resulting from the removal, transportation or storage of the vehicle, Including attorneys' fees and court costs. However, Property Owner shall not be liable for any damages caused by the negligence of City Towing regarding the removal, transportation or storage of the vehicle. B. Vehicles will only be removed from the property when the Property Owner, agent or authorized representative is present and gives signed authorization to remove the vehicle or vehicles. 3. This Agreement will remain in force for one (1) year from the date of - signing. Property Owner shall not be liable for any claim for lost profits or loss of business opportunities resulting from the cancellation of this Agreement. 5.
