DISTRICT N0. 6 OF SAID CITY.
WtIEREAS, this City Council heretofore�by reso-
lution directed the City En�ineer to prepare a diagram of
the property included within Acquisition and Improvement
District No. 6 of the City of Lynwood, and the Superin-
tendent of Streets of the City of Lynwood to make a reas-
sessment i'or the refunding of the ind.ebtedness of said
__-. ,._ District under_ the provisions of the.Assessment Bond_Re-.--.____ ___._
funding Act of 1933, as amended; and ,
WHEREAS, said reassessment has been made and '
filed with the Clerk of the Citv of Lyn��rood, who is also
�` the Clerk of this City Council; �

OF LYNVv00D, CALIPORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE'. '
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

cause the same to be posted and published, as provided in
the aforesaid Act. Said notice shall be published by
two (2) insertions in the Lynwood Press, a weekly news-
