A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF

CONVENIENCE'AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE REFUNDING

ING THE CONSENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
, OF SOUTH GATE AND THE BOAP,D OF STJPERVISORS OF
TIiE COIINTY OF LOS ANGELES TO'SAID REFUNDING.
WHEREAS,.the public interest, convenience and
necessity require the refunding of the indebtec3ness of
Acquisition�and Irrmprovemen t District Pdo. 19-of the City
of Lynwood; and
. Vl�IiEREAS, the assessment distri�ct lies'partially
in the'City of Lynv�ood, partially in the Cits of South
, Gate and partially in the County of Los Angeles, and the
------.--.----IIoard of Supervisors of the County of Los AngeTes levies " �
the.special assessment tax for the roayment of principal
and interest of th� bonds so to be'refunded; and
WHEREAS, a form of resolution of intention.for
, the refunding of the indebtedness of said district, com-
plete except for the date of hearing, has been filed with
- ' the Clerk of.thi's legislative�body 2nd• day of November,

NOW, TfiEREFORE, THE�CITY COIINCIL OF TH�, CITY OF
. LYNNJOOD, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERIriINE AS
FOLLOWS:

Seetion•2. �That this City,Council pr000ses to

conduct the proceedings to refund �the indebtedness of said
• District and propose.s to adopt,`after inserting an appro- �
priate date'of hearing, a resolution intention in sub-
stance the same as 39.1d resolution filed November 2, 1937.
Section 3. That this City Council hereby re-.
quests the consent of �he City Council of the City of .
South Gate (in which municipality a part of the District
, lies) and the consent of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Los Angeles (that beirig the legislative body
which levies the assessment for the payment of principal
and interest of the bonds to be refunded; also a part
of the District lies in unincorporated territory of said
, County), to the-refundin�.of the indebtedness of said
District under the aforesaid Act and the levying of a
reassessment therefor. ,Said legislative bodi.es aro re-
quested to express their respective consents by resolu-
tion, a certified copy of which shall be filed with the
Clerk of this City of Lynwood.
