On or before December 31, 1950, the City of Moab, in Grand County,
for value received, promises to pay to The First national Bank of Moab,
or order, the sum of Thirty-five hundred Dollars ($3500.00) at The
First National Dank of Moab, in Moab, Utah, with interest at the rate of
four per cent (4%) per annum from date hereof until paid.
Said City further agrees to pay a reasonable attoraey's
fee in ease suit shall be brought on this mmte, said fee to be taxed
as a part of the costs
