RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER #00-325
WHEREAS, by Resolution #00-325 the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") approved a
second change order to the contract dated May 18, 2000 with Marvec Construction
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #00-325 inadvertently omitted reference to a first change order;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret wish to amend
Resolution #00-325 to include a reference to the first change order.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that Resolution #00-325 is hereby amended as follows:
1. The original contract amount is amended to "$366,800.00 which was
increased by change order #i in the amount of $31,405.00 bringing the base
total to $398,205.00".
2. Approval of the second change order is reiterated and the revised total
including the second change order is $413,005.00.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
