V�IFIEREAS, under the provisions of' the Assessmont
Bond Refunding Act of 1933, as arnended, this City Council
adopted Resolution of Intention No. 1005 on the 14th day of
� September, 1937, providing for the refunding of the indebted-
ness of Acquisition an.d Imgrovement District �Io. 10 of the
City of Lyn��+ood under the provisions of said Act; and
' 4YHEREP_S, it appears that notice oi the hearing on
the proposed reassessment has been published and posted as
required by law and at the time and place set for hearing on
the proposed reassessment a hearin� vras duly had; and
Nlf�REAS, no protest or objection to the said re-
assessment or any oi the reassessments upon the respective

lots; pieces or parcels of'land reassessed or to any a�ction �
or determination'in the making of said reassessment or in
the proceedings for said reassessment and refunding has been

� - NOW, THER�FORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynvvood, California, does hereby resolve, determine and order
as follows;
Section 1. That said resolution of intention, being �
Resolution No. 1005, c�ras duly adopted and contains all the
matters and things required by lavr and is in every respect
regular and sufficient.
' � That said resolution was published at the time
and in the form and manner required by law and that copies
of such resolution headed "Notice of refunding and reassess-
ment" were oosted at the time and as required by law, and
that a copy of the resolution as published was mailed, post-

age prepaid, at tYie time and,'in+the manrier and to the persons
requirod by law; and affidavits of such publication,.p,ostir�
and mailing yvere duly £iled as required by �3aw�in the ofYice

-That a hearing was held pursuant to said resolution
at the time and place stated therein and that at or before
the time fixed for said hearing no property owner or person
interested filed or made any �vritten objection to the pro-
posed refunding and no oral objection to said proposed re-
fundir�,was made, and the written consent of the owne � of a
majori'ty in area of the lands in the district consenting to
the proposed refunding 2nd reassessment was filed before the
time of,said hzaring, and this City Council duly determined
that such consent had been filed and was sufficient and duly
adopted and entered upon the minu�s its re'solution determin-
- ing that tne written consent of the ovrners of a majority in
area oi' the 'lands in said district had been filed, and there- ,
aftar by resolution duly adop.ted and entered upon its minutes,
ordered the refunding and reassessment. ,
That pursuant to the direction of said City Council,
the City Engineer prepared a diagram of the pronerty included
within the district upon which th'e reassessment should be
, levied and said diagram was deliver,ed to the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Lynwood and he thereafter proceeded.to
make the reassessment in accordance �vith the aforesaid Act,

and when said reassessment was completed it vras filed with the
Clerk of the Council and this Council,directed said Clerk to

. time.'and place when and where all persons interested in the
reassessment Vrould be heard by this City Council and that there-
after said Clerk published a"noti'c'e of.hearing on the proposed
reassessment containing all matters and things required by law
at the time and;iri manner provided by;law and�p the
same upon all open streets �vithin_said district at the time
, .and in the manner required�by� and'aff'idavits of such post-
ing and publication vrere duly filed in the office of said City
Clerk and have been--presented to-this City Council and this �
City Council hereby finds and determines that the notice of
hearin� was in all.respects sufficient and_that the same has
been published and posted as required by law, and this City
' Council further finds aiui determines that the hearing on the
propo�ed reassessment has been had at tkie time and place set
.forth in the notice and in the manner required by lavr and
that all of the actions, determinations, resolutions and orders
and a11 of .the proceedings heretofore taken in said reassess- .
ment and refunding pursuant to and includin� said resolution
No. 1005 are regular, valid'and sufficient.
. 5oction 2. That the reassessment has been made "
as provided in said Act and is just and in accordance with .
the facta and that the said reassessment is apportioned ac-
cording to beneflts, as provided in said Act, and it is here-
by found'and determined that said reassesssment is regular,
valid and sufPicient, and that the diagram attached thereto ��
is re$ular, valid and suff'icient.
• ' Section 3. That said reassessment, as £iled, be �
and it is hereby confirmed. .
Section 4. ^lhat the holders of all outstandir�
bonds and coupons contracted to exchange such bonds and
