OF COI�iPZETING TH'r: REFUNDING OF THE IN- DEBTEDNESS OF AC�UISITION AND IMPROVE- PJ�NT DISTRICT N0. 9 Ur SAID CITY. WHERF'AS, this City Council-has instituted pro- ceedings for the refunding of the indebtedness of Acqui- sition and Improvement,Distr,ict No.,9 ,the Cit;}r of • .. . ' Lynwood under the provisions of the Assessment IIond ' , Refunding Act 'of 1933, as amended;' and • - . � , , , � s• . . - , . , � ,. . . WHEREAS, in order to complete .the refunding of • . � the indebtedness of'said district and to`retire and cancel the outstanding bonds and interest coupons thereof (which ._..__ . - bonds and'interest coupons are payable from ad valorem -- assessments levied unon the land in said district subject to,assessment under the proceedings pursuant to which said � bonds were issued), it is necessary that the City of Lynwood ' make an advancement of' certain moneys�in order to provide m�neys to pa� or retire outstanding bonds, and it ie desir- • able that for the moneys so advanced'the City receive re- funding bonds of said district at par for the moneys ' advanced by said City: � ,. NOW, TIL�'REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyriwood does hereby resolve, determine, and'a der as follows: Section 1. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require that the City of L�nwood advance a sum of not less tnan �4,500 and not to exceed �5,000 in order to provida moneys to pay or xetire outstanding indebtedness of � � �.
