And that the said streets and avenues which are to be im-
proved are of general county interest. .
: • Be it further reaolved by the City Council of the City of
-Lynwood that the Honorable Board.of Supervisors of the County of
Los Angeles, within the State of California, are hereby requested
by the City of Lynwood, California, to appropriate and distribute
�2,428.43 from the gasoline tax fund to the City of Lynwood, for
� thepurpose of aidin� tn.the improvement of said streets and avenues;
as may.be done under 8ection.1680 of the Streets.and Highway Code
of the State of California, and unzer such,other provisions of law
as authori.Ze such appropriation and disbribution for said purposee:

BE IT FURTHER�RE50LVED that the appropriation and distri-
bution be made by the Honorable.Board of 5upervisors of said Courn�ty
of Los Angeles and State of California as promptly as circumstancee
will permit, so that said etreets and avenues may be improved and
the work can be initiated and carried out with the least possible
delay.in order to take care of the.present need of improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of City of
Lynwood shall prepare a duly certified and authenticated copy of
this Resolution and forthwith deliver the same to the Honorable
Boardof Super�i8oas of the County of Los Angeles.
