� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
Calif'ornia, on the llth day of January, 1938, duly passed •
and adopted its Resolution RTO. 1043, declaring its inten-
tion.to refund the indebtedness of Acquisition a nd Improve- .

hearing of protests objections to said'refunding, a

the proposed refunding had been filed with the City Clerk
and no persons appeared and objected to said refunding, .
and both written and oral evidence,upon the proceedings
v;as talcen, and it appeared that affidavits sho�ring the due
publication, posting, and mailing of the resolution tivere
on file in the office of tYie City Clerk of said city, and
that all notices required by the Assessment Bond Refunding
Act of 1933 have been properly given; and .
VVHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
has conaidered a11 of the facts and is fully informed in •

and necessity require the refunding of the indebtedness of
Acquisition and ImproveMent District No. 25 of the City of
Lynwood, California, as'set forth in said Resolution No. 1043.
Section 2. That no protests or objections to

Section 3. That the wr3tten consent of the owners
of more than a majority in area of tlie lands in the District
subject to reassessment in the refunding proceedings, con-
senting t,o the` refundirig.and reassesss,ent, has been filed,
and that this City�CounciT'has"acquired jurisdiction•to
