ORDINANCE NO. 13 L 16
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (D), (FORTY MILES PER HOUR) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS ON PORTIONS OF ALGOA ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule A, (Speed Limits),
Subparagraph (c), (Forty-five Miles Per Hour), of the code of the City of Jefferson, Is
hereby amended pertaining to speed limits on a portion of Algoa Road, by adding the
following:
Algon Road: from Militia Drive to the a point being 1,750 feet west of the west end of the
Moreau River bridge
• Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule A, (Speed Limits),
Subparagraph (e), (Thirty-five-Miles-Per Hour), of the code of the City of Jefferson, is
hereby amended pertaining to speed limits on a portion of Algoa Road, by adding the
following:
Algoa Road:from a point being 1,750 feet west of the west end of Moreau River Bridge to a point
being 1,760 feet cast of the cast curb line of'romahaw k Road.
Section 3. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highway), Schedule A, (Speed Limits),
Subparagraph (d), (Forty Miles Per Hour), of the code of the City of Jefferson, is hereby
amended pertaining to speed limits on a portion of Algoa Road, by deleting the following:

Subparagraph (e), (Thirty-five Mlles Per Hour), of the code of the City of Jefferson, is
hereby amended pertaining to speed limits on a portion of Algoa Road, by deleting the
following:
