RESOLUTION NO.2014-30
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
SUBMIT FINAL PLAT FOR FAWN MEADOWS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2014-08
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2014, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2014-08, granting
preliminary plat approval to Money Tree Holdings LLC (the "Applicant') to subdivide property
which is legally described as
The East 650.00 feet of the South 1/z of the Northwest 1/ of the Northwest'/a of Section 1,
Township 118, Range 23; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the final plat was required to be submitted
to the City by July 19, 2014 or the preliminary plat was to be considered void, unless a written
request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an additional extension to meet the terms and
conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The application for final plat must be submitted to the City by January 21, 2015 or
the preliminary plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time
extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2014-08 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
