ORDINANCE NO. 13 9 C 8
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE OF THE PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain real
property on Ashley Street as described in Exhibit A is surplus property, and as such
represents a burdensome cost for maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed
for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the
property described In Exhibit A for sale, and to sell the property.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
