I am John J. Lyons and my new lot address is # 910 Jones Ave. Through this E -Mail I am requesting that the Permit issued for removing existing pipe at this address be amended so that a new 15" ADS Double Wall Load Bearing Pipe can replace the inadequate pipe that is now present under my driveway. The permit number is 10 -04 -09 and the estimated cost would be $160.00 for the approximate 10 feet of new pipe with an additional cost of $800.00 for the labor. The entire project should be under $1,000.00. Thank you Diane for your help in this request. I will not purchase any material or begin any work until I get your 0. K. to proceed. Brown Subject: Jimmy Brown's properties on Jones Ave. To recap our phone conversation while I was standing on Jimmy Browns vacant lot on Jones (next to corner lot): I was returning from a brief visit at Spank's lot when I noticed a dump truck beginning to dump stone in the driveway area. I had advised Jimmy and Brett Zipperer duing my Monday site visit that I would be enforcing the State standard for Co - Construction Exit requirement the stone be evenly graded 1.5 -2.5" size. I advised the person directing the dumping of the stone that I would not recommend this be accepted as the approved Co required during site permitting. Jemmy just returned the missed call as I was typing this email. He agreed to add the correct stone on top of this 57 stone currently in place. This should work. Brown Subject: Jimmy Brown's properties on Jones Ave. IO o*oC I was at the site around noon today in response to the City's concerns on the dirt in the street and other erosion control matters. Jimmy is to call me on my cell when the silt fence in the ditch is installed. I advised Jimmy that two rows of silt fence with around 3' between them (or 1 row of silt fence and one hay bale) should be placed in the ditch around 3' downstream from any proposed disturbance. Jimmy will be cleaning off the street and regrassing the road shoulders today and tomorrow. Jimmy advised he purchased 4 -0006 -09 -001 (912 Jones Ave.) on Friday afternoon. He had PINs restored to the 3 lots (53B - northern, 54B - middle & 55B - southern). Later on Friday afternoon, 53B was sold to his brother - in -law and the brick structure on 54B was purchased by Jimmy Williams. Jimmy advised he will be building his residence on 55B. The area upstream of this section of the ditch is only around 1/2 acre and the velocities are not great. Jimmy advised that they would be cleaning the ditch as they completed the culvert installation and stabilization on 55B - southern lot tomorrow. I advised Jimmy that as this was a City ROW I would be copying Joe Wilson. Jimmy advised that he already had permits for other driveway culverts on this project. I have not seen the driveway permits and I advised Jimmy that any conversations on required permits should be directed to Diane Otto. Downer K.
