Regular Meeting of the Town Council-
M"-yor Vahlsing nresidinM and councilmen, Dick D Nuisman,
J E Riekena- J T Riekena- and. Jsrry Spieker present.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and on motion by S1 T Riekena
second by Spieker approved as read- carried.
The following names were presented for approval as members
of the Fire Dept- Don Purvis and Calvin Riebkes, on motion
these two men were approved.
The Clerk was directed to notify all owners of Outsidc
Toilets,to have them removed within 10 days and connect to
the sewers.
The Clerk was ordered to send Sidewalk repair notices to
the following- Amanda Neessen- John Flesener- Adolph Deters -
Dena Geerdes- Arnold Arends- Joe Eyga.broad- Reformed Church
Cemetery Assn-
. Ordinance No 111 was introduced by Councilman J E Riekena
being A An(Ordinancc Prohibiting Tresspassing upon gardens
or Lawns and prohibiting Larceny from Gardens and prescribing
penalty") and moved its adoption, motion seconded byJ T Riekena-
Movee by J T Riekena., that the rules requirPing Ordinances
to be read on three different days, be dispensed, and that Ordinance
No 111 be read as of its second awxv1:kX and third reading by its
.Title only and the reading just hadbe considered the third
reading,and said. Ordinance be placed upon its passa7e ar.d adoption.
Motion seconded bycouncilman D D Huisman.

Ayes- Jerry Spieker- D D Huisman- J F Riekena- J T Riekena.
Nays - none- Absent- Herman B HInk.
Mayor declared rules susnended., Ordinance No 111 pieced on
final passage and adoption upon f>>rther rea(-'9ng by tttle only by
the Clerk

Moved by Councilman D D Huisman that Ord.inanae No 1_11 be
and the same is hereby passed and a�lonted by this council and that
the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to publish s-me in
accordance with the law- Motion seconded by Jerry Spieker,
Mayor put the motion, and the roll call resilted as follows;-
Ayes- J Spieker.- J E Riekena J T Riekena D D Huisman-
IIays none- Absent Herman B Honk.
Mayor declared Ordinance No 111 duly adopted.and signed
same in the presence of the council.
