CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-35
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
SUSAN PIHL-NIEDERMAN
WHEREAS, Susan Pihl-Niederman has generously offered to donate two $100.00
Holiday Gift Cards (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Susan
Pihl-Niederman for her generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Susan Pihl-Niederman.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
