ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vogel, and Weber Absent: None A quorum was declared present. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN Councilman Roy Viessman nominated Councilman Richard Groner, seconded by Councilman Kenneth Ferguson. There being no further nominations to come forward at this time, Councilman Groner was elected as Public Works & Planning Committee Chairman by a voice vote: ELECTION OF VICE- CHAIRMAN Councilman Richard Groner nominated Councilman Bob Weber. Councilman Weber declined the nomination. Councilman Clyde Angle nominated Councilman Michael Berry, seconded by Councilman David E. Smith. There being no further nominations to come forward, Councilman Berry was then approved as Vice - Chairman of the Public Works & Planning Committee by a voice vote. ADJOURN MENT There being no further business to come before the Public Works & Planning Committee PUBLIC WORKS & PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING APRIL 21, 2003 2 UNAPPROVE at this time, Councilman Roy Viessman made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Edith Vogel, and approved unanimously at 8:35 P.M.
