6'dHEREAS, the Engineer for the City of I.ynwood has this 18th
day of DecembEr, 1928, filed with the City Clerk as ordered by
Resolution No. 585 of the City Council of said city, adopted
Novembor 20th, 1928; a report relating to the service necessary
to maintain and illuminate by electric energy the susperided street
lamps, and illuminating only for lamps installed on lighting stan-
dards in the lighting assessment district of the City of I,ynv�oo@;
said written report presenting,
(1) Plan and Specifieatior.s of the proposed improvement:
(2) �r! estimate of the cost of said improvement and of the
incidentaT expenses in connection therewith:
(3) A diagram, or map, showing the assessmsnt district above
referred to, and also the boundaries and dimensions of the res-
peci;ive stzbdivisions oF land within said districts, as the sarne
no�v exist, each of which subdivisions being given a separate mun-
ber Sn red ink upon said diagram;
(4).A �roposed assessment of the total amount o£ the cost and
expenses of the proposed improvement uuon the sever�l svbd.ivisiona
of land in said district in proportion to the ostimated benefits
to be received b� such subdivisions, rsspectively, from said im-
provsm�nts. Said assessment refers to such subdivisions under
said diagram by the respective red ink numbors thereof, and shows
the names of the ownsrs, if kno�vn, otherwise designating thsm as
unknown.

City of Lynwood that said report, unmodified, is hereby approved
and adopted as a whole as the report for a11 subsequent procesd-
ings had hereunder.
BE IT ?'U?THER RESOLTlE�, that it i� ordered that said proposed�
improvoment be made.
