of NovembEr, 1928, by the terms of Resolution I�To. 585 that the
public necessity and convanience require the furnishiug tor a
period of two years of tlie elecL ener�y and se.rvice for certain
suspended eloctric street lamps of 250 and 600 car�dle potver each
, and for electric energy only for the illumination of certain lamps
on orriamental standards in the location shown on that csrtain map
deUignatsd as L�Zap 3do. 5�3, sho�viilg trie lign�ing district' of the
City of Zynwood, nova on fils in the office of the City Clerx of

of the district to be benefited by said improvement and to be
assessed to pay the eosts aiid er.penses thereof, ar.d referred said
