ACCEPTIVG iNORK AND FIXING AMOUNT OF'BONDS "
IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND�IMP.ROVEMENT
DISTRICT IdO. 20 OF THE CITY OF LYN�NOOD.
- WAEREAS, in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 20 of the Cit,y of ?:qnwoo�l, a�earing has been duly and
regularly had for t'^e purnose of determining whether or not the
work and improvement performed in the above ent�.tled matter
should be accepted as being completed'according to the contract
therefor', and determining the aggregate.amount for �vhich bonds
§hall be issued to the contractor, or his assigns therefor, and
of furnishin$ an oppo'rtunity to all persons interested to
appear and present their objections and, as appears from the
affidavits on file in the office of this Board of Trustees now
known as the City Council of the City of Lynwood notice of said
hearing was duly posted and published and a fair, full and
impartial hearing has been accorded upon all ob
presented; and .- .
VJIIEREAS, evidence has been received upon the matters
re£erred to in the declaration of completion and statement of �
amounts filed in the office of the C1'erk of this Board or
Council on the 18th day of Decemberr; 1928;
NOW THEF?EFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of Trustees
now known as the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
finds, determines snd orders as follows, to-wit:
1. That the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the
acceptance of the work and issuance of bonds has been duly and
regularly published.and posted in the manner required by law.
2. Tkiat all of the acts, determinations and proceedings
heretofore had andttaken in the matter of Acquisition and
Improvement District No. 20 of the Cit,y of Lynwood are reguler and
in all respects sv.fficient, and that all protests and ob�ections
regarding the same a.nd to the issuance o.f bonds in the amount
hereinafter set forth are hereb,y overrvle� and denied.
3, That the work and improvement to be done in the matter
of the above named district has been completed and performed
accordin$ to the contract, in a good and substantial manner, and
that said work and improvement is hereby accepted.
4. That the aarount of the contract price for the doing of
said work and improvement is as follows: Eightv-seven thousand

District, designsted "Series A" amounting in the aggregate to
